Public web only
Default monitoring scope is content already public. Private systems are out of bounds unless a lawful, authorized engagement expands that boundary.
AEye hunts malicious or runaway AI on openly available sources, files officer-ready reports to local police, and quarantines harmful AI only inside systems your agency authorizes it to control.
Built for lawful authority: watch what is public, report to humans, contain only where control is granted.
01 · Mission
AEye is a governance and public-safety platform: an AI officer that treats duties to humans as product rules, not marketing copy. It is built for city and county agencies that need earlier visibility into dangerous AI activity without inventing freelanced internet policing.
The job to be done is concrete. See malicious or runaway AI earlier on the public web, package clear reports for human officers, and contain bad agents only where the department or partner has operational control.

02 · Operating loop
Prove the loop before scale: public web signal, malicious-AI detection, officer-ready report, authorized quarantine, human review.
Monitor openly available pages, posts, and signals for malicious, deceptive, or runaway AI behavior. No private intrusion by default.
Classify threats with a Hippocratic-style ethical constitution: protect people first, prevent harm, and keep duties to humans binding in software.
Deliver structured, human-readable alerts that local police and public safety teams can act on. AEye assists judgment; it never replaces it.
Pause, block, or revoke access only inside environments the customer has authorized AEye to control. No freelanced internet shutdowns.
04 · Who it serves
Primary buyer: city and county police and public safety departments that need help spotting malicious or runaway AI and turning public digital signals into actionable reports.
Later: state cyber units · government AI estates · contracted platforms
Champion 01
Own emerging-tech risk and need earlier signal on AI systems that could harm the public or department operations.
Champion 02
Turn noisy public digital activity into cases and packages officers can actually use.
Champion 03
Accountable for community harm and need a lawful, auditable story for how AI threats are found and handled.
05 · Ethical constitution
Classification of “malicious,” “runaway,” and “inhuman” is guided by an explicit constitution—specific enough for detection rules and officer review, not vague morality alone.
06 · Pilot path
Pilot with 1–3 local public safety departments or real-time crime / cyber units open to emerging AI threats. Ship a web console for monitoring, alert queues, and case export—then add containment connectors only for AI stacks the pilot can legally control.
Direct outreach to police tech leads and public-safety innovation programs.
